I have been teaching Asian and Western styles of bodywork for many years. I produce , low cost, high quality instructional DVDs to accompany my classes. I love books and classes, but most forms of bodywork require movement. A book cannot give you that demonstration of movement. Most of my students purchases my DVDs to enhance their learning.
